Well everyone, Trade no. 3 just happened. and it was a doozy. Not 6 hours after i had posted the Fly Fusion pen on crags list i received a phone call from Brian. He seemed like a great guy and was more or less just curious about what it was i was doing. I went and picked up Bailey and we embarked on an adventure to St. Charles. As much as I tried to hide it we were both kind of nervous meeting a completely random guy to do this trade. But as it turns out Brian is a great guy. He just wanted to see me succeed and ended up trading me a partially functional HP 15" LCD flat screen computer monitor, a single Cigar Humidor, and a Digital Scale. So, as of right now, This new package is on the trading block. Any and all offers are welcome.

The Beginning
This is the beginning of my Blog. I'm still a bit unsure of how these things work. I will say that the main object of this blog is this: to trade the silver peice of a BIC lighter for a castle. you see i recently read the 'one red paperclip' guy's story and decided that i've just GOT to one up him. He got a house. i'm going to get a castle.
Luckily, however, the name of the blog is the big trade. which is sort of a double entendre, so i can kind of talk about anything i want. so that's pretty cool. also i've got to say thanks to Kyle MacDonald (the one red paperclip guy) for inspiring this. i know its "been done before" or whatever. but why the hell not do it? it's not costing me anything. And it's fun. In fact. I think it'll be more difficult for me as i wont have the whole shock factor thing. . .
Anyways. I traded the Piece of a BIC lighter for a Fork. Then I traded the Fork for a Fly Fusion Pen. I was pretty excited about the speedy reply and the HUGE jump. I mean SHIT! those pens retail for like $80. But the money doesn't really mean anything. it's all about relative value. we'll see if it's worth enough to someone else for me to move ahead in the game.
If anyone would like to trade. please contact me via e-mail at crazytrckmonkey333@yahoo.com if you have anything at all that you're willing to trade, regardless of monetary value please let me know. anything at all. Thanks
